CHUPE SIGNS FOR HOUGANG UNITED IN SINGAPORE S.LEAGUE

SARBON FOOTBALL AGENCY is pleased to announce that the Equatorial Guinea born Spanish striker, Francisco Salvador Elah "Chupe" continues his career in Asia.

During 2014 he was a member of Hong Kong's 2nd div team Tai Po Wofoo  and helped the team to promote to the first division with 6 goals in their last 6 games of the competition. After his stint with Tai Po was over and already half way through the season he joined the modern Laotian team Lanexang Intra FC where he performed achieving 8 goals in 6 games. Unfortunately the Lao team did not get the aim of winning the Cup being held at their own newly  built stadium and Chupe could not participate in the competition due to a small ankle injury.

This 2014 long period in Asia had began doing a trial in Cambodia with Phnom Penh Crown FC in january and only a salary disagreement prevented him from signing with them. Following his short lived Cambodian experienced, Chupe together with Hispanic-Guinean Iván Zarandona  signed with troubled Hong Kong's 1st div team Happy Valley FC but neither could play an official game due to be that team allegedly being involved in corruption and betting scandals and taken away from the competition.

2015 will bring Chupe to enjoy a new experience in Singapore´s S League where he will play for Hougang United, a team known  as Cheetahs.
The league starts on February 13th and will end in late November.
Chupe will become the first Spanish and Equatorial Guinea player in the Singaporean league.
